Tracey is a Colorado native who lives in Lyons with her husband Jon, sons Jackson and Nick, and two black labs. She loves to garden, hike and spend time with her family.

When she’s not planning weddings you can find her at antique and thrift stores, rearranging her living room or painting her bedroom a new color, yet again. She loves finishing the day on her deck looking out over her gardens while enjoying a margarita.

She has been with the Farmette for seven years and loves helping couples realize their vision for their perfect day. She’s worked all sides of weddings including rentals, catering and sales, but coordinating is truly her niche.

One of her favorite parts of a wedding? “The toasting, you learn so much about a couple through the eyes of their loved ones,” Tracey said. She has done hundreds of weddings at the Farmette and River Bend and knows both properties inside and out. She has worked with most of the vendors on the preferred list and can make recommendations based on your style and budget.

Georgia was born and raised in Australia. She spent half her childhood on a sheep station riding horses and the other half swimming at the beaches in Sydney. With artistic parents, she inherited her mother’s interior design/painter’s eye for detail and color. Her father, a writer, gave her a love of words. She came to America twenty years ago to study and travel and has degrees in Fiction and Poetry. When Georgia is not planning weddings, she manages a successful upholstery and fabric business based in Lyons and lives with her twin sons and musician boyfriend. She loves to read and to dance and has a very special place in her heart for the poetry and literature of romance and love.

Georgia has been with the Lyons Farmette and River Bend for seven years and her knowledge of how the venue works—i.e. where the sun and the shade will be and which location is best for ceremony site at which time of year—makes it easy for her to guide couples and help them make decisions about their special day.  After the months of working with couples, she loves seeing everything come together on the actual wedding day from the floral arrangements and table settings to all the special details.

Her favorite part of the weddings is the ceremony and the vows that couples write for each other, closely followed by watching the friends and family let loose and dance. Some first dance songs that she has loved over the years have been Tom Petty’s “Wildflowers”, Wilco’s “You and I”, and Otis Redding’s “These Arms of Mine”.  Georgia is excited for the 2019 season and is ready to help guide couples with their planning and execute their visions.

Born on a cattle ranch in central Nebraska, I have transplanted my Midwest roots in Colorado after graduating college. Majoring in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management I have developed a passion for creating a warm and welcoming presence for people. My other passions are painting, skiing, tending to my houseplants, reading books on holistic healing or paddle boarding in the rockies!

When I'm not planning weddings I'm at home working on wedding cakes, baking using my grandma’s recipes or cooking an elaborate meal for family and friends. I am always entertaining family and friends over good food and drinks! Currently I am teaching myself new and unique ways to make realistic edible flowers to use on wedding cakes!

Working in the service Industry for over 10 years isn't just a passion of mine, it's apart of my lifestyle! I have worked most jobs in a restaurant, from Pastry Chef to General Manager. This led me to start working as a chef and server for a catering company which made me realize how much I loved the wedding industry. Since then it has led me to wedding planning and has created an undeniable passion of mine that makes me want to create that perfect day!
My favorite part of the wedding is when everyone can sit down and enjoy a good meal and delicious drink, together!
