Kayla

Kayla is a proud Coloradan who currently resides in Longmont with her husband, Scott, and their two children, Lewis and Daphne. Her passions include traveling, hiking, skiing, and meticulously arranging wedding tables to perfection!

When she's not planning weddings, you can find her enjoying happy hours and hikes with friends, skiing in the stunning Colorado mountains, or planning the next big family adventure.

With over ten years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, Kayla is deeply passionate about her work. Weddings are her true love, and that enthusiasm shines through when you meet her. She takes the time to get to know each couple, understanding their unique concerns, family dynamics, and wedding vision, all to create their perfect day.

Kayla's favorite moment of any wedding is the first dance-a sweet and intimate pause before the dance party begins! She also enjoys hearing everyone’s choice for the last song, with her current favorite being "What's Up?" by 4 Non Blondes.

Alex

Alex is originally from Pennsylvania, where she earned her degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Event Management from Penn State. She has called Colorado home for over a decade and currently resides in Longmont with her husband, Dan, their chocolate lab Jolene, and a new fur baby, Winnie, who will be joining the family soon.

With a background rooted in hospitality, Alex brings a thoughtful, organized, and client-focused approach to wedding planning. She believes the best celebrations are those that feel personal, intentional, and reflective of each couple’s unique story, and she takes pride in creating seamless experiences that allow couples to be fully present on their wedding day.

When she’s not planning weddings, Alex is drawn to all things artsy, with a particular love for painting and creative expression. Her free time is spent kayaking and hiking throughout Colorado, while the off-season feeds her passion for travel and exploring new destinations—experiences that continually inspire her creativity and eye for detail.

Alex’s favorite part of any wedding? The toasts. From speeches nervously delivered through heartfelt tears to those that leave the entire room laughing until it hurts, she treasures the emotion, connection, and joy that make each wedding unforgettable.
