How far in advance should we hire a planner?

Most couples hire us 12–18 months before their wedding date, which allows ample time to secure your venue, assemble the right vendor team, and plan thoughtfully without feeling rushed. That said, we do take on a limited number of weddings with shorter timelines when availability allows- reach out, and we’re happy to talk through your date and needs.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based locally but plan weddings anywhere. We regularly work throughout Colorado, including Boulder, Denver, the Front Range, and mountain destinations, and are always excited to travel for destination weddings. We also have extensive experience at several local venues—if your venue isn’t on our list, we’d still love to work there.

What planning services do you offer?

We offer full-service, partial planning, and event management (month-of coordination). Full planning is ideal for couples who want support from the very beginning, while event management is perfect if you’ve planned most details and want a professional to manage logistics and execution as your day approaches. Partial planning is the happy middle between those two options.

Who from your team will be with us on the wedding day?

Your wedding will always be led by Kayla or Alex - one of us will be with you from start to finish on your wedding day. We don’t hand your wedding off to an associate or a planner you haven’t worked with; the person you plan with is the person who shows up for you.

For weddings that call for additional support, such as a high guest count, multiple locations, a large venue, or extensive décor, we may bring in a trusted assistant to ensure everything runs smoothly. This additional support is added only when needed and discussed in advance.

What does a wedding planner actually do?

A wedding planner manages the logistics, timeline, vendor communication, and behind-the-scenes details so you can enjoy the planning process and your wedding day. We anticipate issues before they arise, keep everything running smoothly, and ensure your vision is carried out seamlessly.

Do you work with our venue and vendors?

Yes. We collaborate closely with your venue and vendor team to ensure everyone is aligned. If you haven’t booked vendors yet, we’re happy to recommend trusted professionals who fit your style, priorities, and budget.

Do you take on weddings with shorter timelines?

We intentionally limit the number of weddings we plan each year so every couple receives a high level of attention, communication, and care.
