Event Management

Perfect for couples who want to take the lead in planning their wedding but need assistance with timeline creation and smooth day-of execution. Enjoy unlimited support for any questions throughout the planning process.

Included Services:

• Unlimited emails and phone calls

• Two planning meetings prior to your event: One detailed timeline meeting 2 months prior to the wedding and one walkthrough at the venue with your caterer and venue manager

• Vendor recommendations

• Confirmation for delivery/set-up times of wedding vendors

• Detailed wedding day timeline, including floor plans and layouts

• Schedule and attend venue walkthrough

• Schedule and facilitate your rehearsal

• Management of vendors and timeline on the day of the wedding

• Management of cleanup and strike at the end of the event, including loading up all decor and alcohol into the appointed vehicle

• Vendor payment and/or tip distributions on the day of the event

Partial Planning

• Help with booking 3 vendors of your choice (e.g., Caterer, Photographer, and DJ)

• Reaching out for quotes from the chosen 3 vendors

• Decor and design assistance, including the creation of a mood board

• Guidance on specific vendors based on your vision

• Customized vendor recommendations based on your style and budget

• Confirmation of delivery/set-up times for all wedding vendors

• Detailed planning of the wedding day timeline, including floor plans and layouts

• Schedule and attend venue walkthrough

• Schedule and facilitate your rehearsal

• Coordination of key details to ensure a smooth event

Full Planning

Our all-inclusive package is designed for couples who want to fully enjoy the planning process without the stress. From venue selection to day-of management, we handle every detail to bring your vision to life.

• Attend vendor meetings and be the primary point of contact for all vendor communication

• Transportation arrangements for guests
